- An INSA-Lyon engineer and graduate of the Specialized Master’s program “International Strategy and Management” from ESSEC Paris, Ismail Mehdi AMRI is an experienced expert in finance, strategy, and private investment stimulation. Based in Rabat, he has nearly 15 years of professional experience, acquired in Moroccan consulting firms (Altai Consulting then Valyans Consulting), within a major industrial group (Derichebourg Maroc, which has since become Arma Holding) as Strategy & Development Director, and as an independent expert notably with the Head of Government, SMIT, and private operators.
- Ismail has carried out assignments covering an extensive spectrum of strategic and financial issues, serving public and private stakeholders, particularly on topics such as the development of sectoral strategies (Industrial Acceleration Plan), technical-economic diagnostics, business planning, valuation, post-acquisition structuring, and fundraising support for clients in Morocco, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Specialized in financial analysis, economic structuring, and investment support, Ismail conducts interventions involving multiple types of stakeholders (executives, administrations, financial institutions, elected officials, and territorial actors), which essentially aim to:
