  • An INSA-Lyon engineer, Omar Hassouni is an experienced professional with 20 years of experience spanning strategic consulting and high-level operational responsibilities in both the public and private sectors.
  • He began his career in strategy and organizational consulting at Eurogroup Consulting in France and then at Valyans in Morocco, where he carried out assignments covering a wide range of strategic and operational issues: reorganization, cost optimization, management of transformation programs, and the development of sectoral strategies.
  • His career path is further distinguished by an alternation between consulting and operational responsibilities.
  • As an independent consultant and later as a partner at Massir Invest, he supports numerous private and public clients: developing sectoral strategies (chemicals, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing in Côte d’Ivoire on behalf of the IFC), providing managerial assistance for the transformation of private groups, economic modeling and concession structuring, and managing the implementation of national programs.
  • In parallel, he has been called upon to hold leading operational responsibilities: advisor to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, where he contributed to the development and implementation of the Parliament’s strategic reform plan; special advisor to the Minister of Culture, Youth, and Sports, where he designed and managed sectoral reforms, innovative PPP projects, and the response to the Covid-19 health crisis; Secretary General and Director of the Support Division at the Marocaine Des Jeux et des Sports; and then Acting Director General of Convergence and Public Policy Evaluation within the Ministry of Investment, Convergence, and Public Policy Evaluation, where he initiated the national framework for public policy convergence and managed projects to ensure public policy consistency.

Ismail Mehdi Amri has nearly 15 years of experience in strategy, finance and stimulation of private investment.
