- An INSA Lyon engineer and holder of a DESS in Business Administration, Philippe de Boni is an experienced consultant in operational strategy, management and organization. Based and working in Morocco since 2008, he has nearly 30 years of professional experience, acquired in French consulting firms (Bossard Consultants, Orgaconseil then Eurogroup Consulting) and a Moroccan firm (Valyans), as well as as an independent consultant, notably for the World Bank.
- In this context, Philippe has carried out assignments covering a broad spectrum of strategic and operational issues for major clients in the public and private sectors, in Europe, Morocco and Côte d’Ivoire.
- A Partner at Massir Invest since 2023, he delivers high-level consulting assignments for institutional stakeholders, directly or as part of external financing, as an individual expert or as a project manager, leading teams of consultants and experts.
- Specializing in transformation, mobilization and anchoring within organizations, Philippe conducts interventions involving a wide range of stakeholders (Ministers, senior officials from central and decentralized administrations, regional and local elected officials, representatives of Civil Society), primarily aimed at:

Former Minister of Equipment and Transport (2002-2011) and President of the House of Representatives (2011-2014) of Morocco, he led major national development programs and profound structural reforms such as: highways, high-speed rail, the port of Tangier Med, Open Sky, port reform, the Highway Code and the national logistics strategy. Omar Hassouni has 20 years of experience between strategy consulting and executive positions in the private and public sectors. He supports groups and institutions in their transformation, performance and strategic development challenges. His experience covers the development of sector strategies, transformation of private groups, economic modeling, concession structuring and management of complex programs. Ismail Mehdi Amri has nearly 15 years of experience in strategy, finance and stimulation of private investment. He supports public and private actors on economic structuring, strategic development and financing issues. His expertise notably covers sector strategies, technical-economic diagnostics, business plans, valuation, fundraising operations and post-acquisition transformations.
